Heart of Texas

This gallery is a tribute to the state of Texas, which is known for its unique character, independent spirit, and unexpected surprises. The photographs in this collection showcase various aspects of Texas, from the serene longhorns grazing in the fields, to the lively and diverse streets of Austin, and the mouth-watering aroma of BBQ that is synonymous with Texan cuisine. As someone who moved to Austin in 2006, I quickly discovered that Texas is not just one thing or one type of person - it is a diverse melting pot of landscapes, people, cultures, and values. These photographs are a glimpse into some of the things I have experienced in this amazing state.
