NOLA

New Orleans had always had a magnetic draw on me, but it took a long time until I finally found myself there for a few days. I hoped it would enchant me and leave me with feelings and memories that would haunt me in rich ways. And NOLA did not disappoint. This collection of photos shot on 35mm film, is a document of barely scraping the surface of the what and why of NOLA. How a landscape, history, and culture magnificent and tragic combined to make such a special place on this planet.
